2. Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes, plans change. Our goal is to ensure that our members are satisfied, and while we strive to offer flexibility, we also must ensure the stability and quality of our services. As such, we have established the following refund policy:
General Refund Terms:
Immediate Change of Heart: Any member who wishes to cancel their membership within 24 hours of their initial registration will receive a full refund of their membership dues. Please note, however, the activation fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.
First Seven Days: If a member decides that our service isn’t the right fit within the first seven days of signing up, we will provide a full refund of the membership dues. The activation fee remains non-refundable.
From Day Eight to First Month: After the initial seven-day window and up to one month of membership, we offer a 25% refund of the membership dues. The activation fee remains non-refundable.
Beyond One Month: After one month of membership, refunds will not be provided, except in exceptional circumstances such as acts of God or scenarios we deem appropriate.
It is the responsibility of members to approach us if they seek a refund or are unsure of their qualification for one. We ask members to understand and respect our policy, and if they have concerns, to communicate with us directly rather than initiating disputes with their banks.
Annual Members:
We deeply appreciate the commitment of our annual members. However, given the upfront discount they receive, we have specific terms related to refunds:
Beyond One Month: Refunds will not be granted for annual memberships after one month from the start date.
Cancellation: If any annual member wishes to cancel their membership, they will be automatically downgraded to a two-year virtual access plan without any additional cost.
Members are informed and agree that by choosing an annual membership, they understand the terms and are accountable for their decision. The reason annual memberships are offered at a discount is due to the upfront commitment, which reduces risks and ensures continuity in our offerings.
While we maintain these policies to ensure the stability of our service, please know that as a startup, our resources are limited. Every dollar earned goes into providing better services for our community. We are constantly working towards growth and improvement, and your membership dues play a crucial role in that journey. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
3. Privacy.
By using the Site and Services, your personal data will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This may involve transferring your data to the United States, United Kingdom, and/or other countries.
4. Content on the Services.
You are responsible for your use of the Site and Services and any content you provide. Young Sharks Group LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. Unethical or unlawful activities, such as spamming or unauthorized use of Young Sharks Group LLC’s name or materials, are strictly prohibited.
5. Fees and Payments.
When ordering services, you will be provided with the fees and payment details. Prices and terms may change, and all fees may be subject to taxes. You are responsible for providing payments towards membership dues on your designated days or during our grace period.
6. Intellectual Property.
All content on the Site, including trademarks, logos, and software, is the property of Young Sharks Group LLC and protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, edit, or reproduce any part of the Site or the Services.
7. Indemnity and Defense.
You will defend and hold Young Sharks Group LLC harmless from any claims, costs, losses, and damages arising from your use of the Site and Services or any content you provide.
8. Limitation of Liability.
Young Sharks Group LLC will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Site and Services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties.
